It was created by Masutatsu Oyama Shihan, considered by the New York Times newspaper in 1960, the toughest man in the world. Masutatsu challenged him to face him in the ring, any fighter on the planet in the technique he wanted. He never lost and rarely allowed his fighting to drag past the first round.
